Richard and his wife Chantelle live in Queensland where they are expecting to raise their family with the birth of their first child this December.
Richard Dur is committed to bringing common sense back to city hall and building a stronger, safer, more prosperous city.
He is a small business owner who knows how to get results and understands the value of a dollar.
In 2009 Richard Dur managed Wildrose Alliance candidate Paul Hinman’s successful by-election campaign in Calgary Glenmore. Richard then helped to elect Danielle Smith as the leader of the Wildrose Alliance.
He is active in the community and works with a number of groups spanning local events, economic development, and education. He is the Chairman of Policy for Jason Kenney’s Conservative Party of Canada constituency association and is a member of the Queensland Community Association.
